Wild Turkey Feeder
A wild turkey feeder can be constructed by a picture or may be obtained from a breeder.
The original habitat of these birds is woods and shrubs that provide protection from predators. These birds are good flyers, but they are unable to cover large distances. These birds are omnivorous; they thrive on everything they can find from seeds and berries to small vertebrates. Their populations can reach large numbers because of their appetites. As for the social structure of the species, males have large home ranges that include the territories of about 5 females. Females make the nests and care for the young alone. Males live separately; chicks live with their mother during the first year of their lives. Some birds migrate in winter, but most of them reside in one territory.
